With almost 15 years of experience in intellectual property, Florentina’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution and enforcement. She counsels clients on trademark protection, drafts assignments and licenses, advises on infringement matters and handles trademark proceedings before the Kosovo Industrial Property Office and the courts. Florentina has successfully assisted leading multinational companies across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, apparel, oil, hospitality and food and beverage, with trademark prosecution and enforcement strategies.

As a member of International Trademark Association (INTA), Florentina brought INTA’s Unreal Campaign to Kosovo as part of her work for the Europe and Central Asia Subcommittee of INTA’s Anti-Counterfeiting Committee.

Prior to joining SDP KOSOVË in 2009, Florentina worked on a commercial law project for the non-governmental organization Kosovar Civil Society Foundation.
